There is too much chatter about staff not doing their job and not helping out scammed users.
Okay let me just get some things STRAIGHT.

- Staff have lives, we can't be on 24/7 to help everyone out
- If you get scammed, it IS your fault (Is it not?) If someone says "Hey give me your password and Ill give you 4000 credits!" You got greedy for the credits, AND were stupid enough to fall for it. Why should we help 1,000 people who got greedy? Think of it as a lesson.
- Not every single staff member has in game power so please stop assuming we do. The one's that do have in game power use all their free time dealing with report made in IRC. Then they check the forums. You NEED to be patient.
- If something is REALLY that important, and you NEED to pm a staff member, pm me and I will personally take it up with Sharks. In the meantime, please be patient and considerate. Staff have lives too.
