It has come to our attention that many of you are visiting our IRC network's #help channel, asking a question, then leaving before receiving an answer. Please understand that network staff are volunteers and are not available 24/7, so there may be times that no one is around to see or answer inquiries posted.

is highly encouraged if you need any general IRC help/assistance. The site does require you to register your IRC username to use the site services, but submitting a help ticket there will guarantee that you will receive a response.
And as usual, #help and the Bit'sJoint website are only for general IRC-related help and inquiries. If you need game help please post those questions to our game channels or forums instead.
