Happened to find a Wynaut in route 7 too. Just saw it.

Ditto is fairly useless right now, and I think Aerodactyl can be found somewhere, but I don't know off the top of my head.

No.

Pokemon show up on elemental maps if they have a type that matches up with the map.

Examples, you find Water pokemon on the Water Map. Fire pokemon on the Fire Map.

There is no Dark Map, so there is no Darkrai encountering. Unless you're in a yard. Which don't really count as maps.
