Frozen Pokémon Sprites

I have made a lot of sprites of some random Pokémon and turned them into what I like to call Frozen Pokemon. I have made these in my spare time and I would be greatly appreciated for you to comment on what needs to be improved and also what you think of it at the moment Here is batch 1 of the weekly Frozen Sprites:
