Ditto faced bulba go for 50k-100k now days
normal 5th gens go for 400k-500k and D,M,g go for 5m or so and shinys 10m-20m (new and rarer 5th gens go for more)
ray zenith goes for 5m
fakemons go for 500k each

Pretty much. Some are less, like Mew (1.5-2m) and Rayquaza (7-8m), and others are more, like Celebi (12-14m) and Manaphy (12-13m).

But on the whole, it averages out to about 10m, like you said.

Axew is about 30m so for Haxourus you will probably looking around 10-15m

I think Axew is more like 40m, being one of the rarer 5th gens, and also being quite popular. Haxorus, I think I'd price at around the same. Reason for this is because they're rare to start off with, and I've seen a lot more Shiny Axew's than Shiny Haxorus' on the market.

Dark Azelf = 2.5m-4m I think (haven't seen many around + quite rare)
Gold Lapras = 90-100m (Last I checked, it was quite popular (1st gen), even with being on donation 4/5 times).

Edit: Just seen that Golden Lapras is today's donation poke as well >.< That may knock a good 20-30m off the price, we'll just have to wait and see.
